OUR MISSION
Driving autonomy to healthcare.

At ePrint Orthotics, we’re reshaping the way custom orthotics are designed and manufactured. For too long, orthotic production has been limited by traditional materials — where stiffness was adjusted by changing thickness, and reinforcement often meant added weight or reduced comfort.
Our in-house 3D printing technology now allows us to create orthoses with precision that simply wasn’t possible before. We produce three main device types, each tailored to suit different clinical and functional needs:
TPU Orthotics (TPU95A)
These orthoses are made from flexible TPU95A material, allowing variation in stiffness and flexibility within a single device — without altering thickness. The result is a slim, low-profile orthotic that provides controlled support and comfort. TPU devices are particularly suited to general use, paediatrics, and patients requiring adaptive cushioning and responsiveness.
Carbon Fibre Nylon Orthotics (PA-CF Shells)
Printed using carbon-fibre reinforced nylon, these orthoses offer outstanding rigidity, strength, and durability while remaining lightweight. They provide excellent structural integrity under load and are ideal for athletic patients or those requiring a firmer, more supportive shell without added bulk.
Dual-Material TPU + Carbon Fibre Orthotics
Our latest innovation combines both materials in a single device. By embedding carbon-fibre reinforcement within a TPU structure, we can provide rigidity where it’s needed and flexibility where it’s desired. This hybrid approach gives clinicians precise control over the mechanical properties of the orthotic, creating a truly customised balance between strength and comfort.
This new generation of orthoses allows podiatrists to prescribe devices that are:
-
Tailored precisely to the patient’s biomechanics
-
Strong and durable without added thickness
-
Comfortable and adaptable for both daily and athletic use
At ePrint Orthotics, our goal is simple — to give podiatrists access to modern, reliable, and clinically advanced orthotic solutions. By combining materials science with practical clinical design, we’re helping practitioners deliver better outcomes, improved comfort, and greater consistency for every patient.
With a range of options for scanning available, speak to us directly. If you have an iPhone we offer a free 3D scanning app that uses that front facing camera. If you use an android, there is a scanner as pictured below that is under $600 and the best news is that if you use us for 6 months, we will credit the cost of the scanner back after 6 months of using us. If you already have a Structure scanner on your iPad, you can also remain using this with another app!
