At ePrint Orthotics, we are redefining what’s possible in orthotic design and manufacture. Traditional orthotic labs have long been limited by material constraints — stiffness could only be adjusted by changing thickness, and introducing reinforcement meant compromising comfort or adding bulk.

With our advanced TPU95A 3D printing technology, we can now produce orthoses that offer true dual-density functionality. This means we can vary stiffness and flexibility within a single device — without changing its thickness. For podiatrists and patients, this delivers precision control of support and comfort while maintaining a sleek, low-profile design.

We’ve also taken this further by integrating dual-material capability. Using carbon-fibre reinforced polymers alongside TPU95A, we can now print orthotics that combine the rigidity of carbon fibre where it’s needed with the cushioned compliance of TPU elsewhere. The result is a new generation of devices that are lighter, stronger, and more finely tuned to the demands of each patient.

This is more than an incremental improvement — it’s a revolution in orthotic manufacturing. Dual-density and dual-material printing means you can prescribe devices that are:
